1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtaka ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at bdtaka.vip and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

3 Account Management

Upon successful registration, bdtaka will create a player account in your name. The following conditions apply to the management and use of your account:

• Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bdtaka will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify bdtaka immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
• Account Verification (KYC): bdtaka may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdtaka platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to bdtaka's acceptance. bdtaka reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects an error in the odds, where it identifies unusual betting patterns, or where technical issues have affected the integrity of a market.

7 Prohibited Conduct
